How does your shipping process work?
In order to offer more awesome products to our customers and reduce our carbon footprint overall, we have partnered with global merchants from across the world , with some items shipping directly from factory. In turn, we are able to provide you with the best prices and cutest products in the most efficient and sustainable way!
For our apparel and mugs, we are stocked in Vancouver and are ready to ship asap! Our processing time for shipments is 1-2 business days.
For our other products (blankets, phone cases, tote bags, laptop sleeves), they are made to order, and may take 2-7 business days for fulfillment before it is shipped from the closest manufacturer! Depending on your location, packages can sometimes take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
- Canada / USA: Flat Rate - $15, FREE for orders over $75
- International Shipping - $20, FREE for orders over $100
- Sticker Shipping - $0.50
- Local Delivery within Greater Vancouver - $4 (depending on address) on orders over $25.*
*Local delivery is not available for the Ambassador Program.
What about possible custom fees?
Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will do our best to send your items in one package to get through customs. However if you do get a fee in an unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the fee. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by Pupper Supply Co.
To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
I Haven't Received Any Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation?
If you still haven’t gotten your order confirmation email after 24 hours, let us know and we’ll look into it. We have the best dogs to sniff out the missing email.
You will receive an automatic email notification when your order has been dispatched with tracking information. This can sometimes take up to a week to arrive!
My Order Still Hasn't Arrived, Is Damaged, Or Is Incorrect
Please refer to your shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for any details on your order. In the case that your order is damaged or incorrect, send us an email ASAP. We go through an extensive quality control process and apologize for any slip ups!

APO/FPO and PO Boxes are unfortunately not accepted. Please use FULL ADDRESSES ONLY!
Package to some countries may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up, depending on the country/commodity.
