Returns & Exchanges
Clothes shopping online is hard. We hope to make your life easier by offering 14 day hassle-free returns/exchanges from the date you receive your product, as long as the tags are still attached! So whether it’s a wrong size, not quite the colour you expected, or you are outright dissatisfied, let us know, and we’ll work together to find a solution. The shipping fees will have to be covered by you unfortunately as we are a smaller company.
If the item is lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
How Do I Return My Order?
Fill out our contact form with your order number and request and we will send you a return sheet with our mailing address. Or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Have You Received My Return?
We will send you an email once we have received your return. We recommend keeping, and checking the tracking number provided by your Post Office. If we have not sent you a message, but the tracking number says it has been delivered to our location, please email us and we’ll double check its status.
When Will I Receive My Refund/Exchange?
All refunds/exchanges will be processed as soon as possible upon receiving. You will receive an email once your refund/exchange has been processed, and all exchanges will also come with a tracking number. Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your bank statements.
